It's super late...actually, it's technically day 4 of cleanse now, but I haven't been to sleep yet. I had tons to get done today and now I finally am caught up on the crucial deadline chores.
I was up one pound from yesterday, but today I'm going back to the gym. I worked out for half an hour - walking for 10 minutes and 20 minutes of running where I almost got 2 miles in. I took it easy today just because I haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks. My legs felt great...I could have run a lot longer if it were just up to my legs, but my lungs were starting to hurt plus the large agenda for the day stopped me from running farther.
I had a lunch date with hubby today. We fulfilled our craving for fried foods. It was satisfying, but the rest of the day we snacked on fruits and veggies. Not too shabby I must say. I had a yogurt for breakfast, burger-cheesy fries-ice cream for lunch, and fruits and veggies for dinner. Not bad at all.
That's pretty much the update for today.
